So let me get this straight. You live in the most car congested area in the country with the most stop and go traffic and you want to look at tiny smart phone screen instead of your m2 screen. Ok got it.
So don't get mad at the next ride share driver or anyone that plows your M2 while they are looking at Waze or Google maps and not paying attention to the road or other drivers. If you survive, tell him, "thank you sir, I do the same thing in my car".
