Not all countries have ConnectedDrive option under the idrive main menu. If combox telematics (i.e. BMW Assist) or BMW Live is not available in ur local market then it won't appear on the main menu.
BMW Office is another item that's standard in some countries if enhanced BT is specified (regardless of whether nav is fitted or not) & not available in others even if similarly specced.
