Sorry for the delay, but was "on the road" and just found/got into the forum. The height is 33.8cm and the width is 8cm, however the shape is differant, the right side is straight and the left side bows out a bit, it is also recessed, kinda like a frame so a flat plate will only contact the outer rim, not the foot rest. I can provide a picture if you still need it
