Tikov if your new diffuser has no holes drilled in it, you'll need to use the old one to make a template and make new holes, alternatively use the lugs to place it in position and use a drill to put in some new holes.

The OEM one is a piece of cake to fit and I never encountered any cutting needed.It only took 15mins to fit, 5 mins of that was fitting the two parts of the diffuser together!
