Unfortunately, I'm one of those diehards that is hanging on to my E92 coupe. It's over 100K miles and has seen better days, but I still enjoy driving it. I've got the money in the bank to buy a new car, but it's hard to find anything that motivates me to jump.

I've driven just about all the modern lineup as loaners. The 3 series has a great engine, suspension that puts mine to shame, and even a great stereo! But absolutely 0 road feel through the steering. As stated above, BMW has decided that their customers don't want it. You would think with all the option to make adjustments, steering feel could be one of them.

So for me, fingers crossed the new 2 doesn't come out looking too cross-eyed or angular, it's the final model that would get my dollars. Or I can hold on until the used market drops back down to reality.
