I guess no one has tried this install on an 09 M3 Coupe that was produced past 03/09? Those cars aren't even here yet. I'm wondering if it is basically the same. If so...why so much more expensive?

M3s produced fom 03/09 do not come pre-wired for the OEM alarm as now it is a factory option. That may be the reason of the price increase, as the new 03/09-on alarm kit will include now the used-to-be-standard pre-wiring harness.
