I have a 2020 US-spec that I purchased and drive in Europe, so it came equipped with the warning triangle. There are two plastic pieces that have springs under the lip of the cutout that allow the box to be removed from the retention area. I don't see any specific numbers on the cutout itself. I can grab closer pictures if those would help you any. I don't know if there is big difference in the interior from 2018 to 2020, my understanding the interior bits are pretty similar.
