Whats the issue with the turbo?
A defective gasket on an oil pan is one thing
A failed/failing turbo is totally different/unrelated
Could the nature of the turbo failure be construed by the dealer to be a function of use of a non approved oil? (Mobil 1)
IIRC you said you were using or intended to use Mobil 1 in the car
