You'd be surprised. I still see SUVs all over the street here in Toronto. I guess they are more fuel efficient now and the "safer" mentally is still in play especially during the harsh Canadian winters. 8% off MSRP is pretty aggressive in my opinion without factoring in any applicable incentives. BMW protects their highend brand image and it's likely invoice plus 3% at best. Based on a report I got from www.carsaver.ca showing the car's invoice price, I went to several dealerships and was only able to get invoice plus 4%.
