I'd think that this has already occurred to you and you've followed up on it, but I just Googled "how to lose loose skin after weight loss" and all of the sites (I only perused the legit sounding ones) seemed to share the same general advice. I think it would do you well to look up some of this information and see what these people say.
Doesn't sound like it's going to be a quick, easy fix but I'm sure you're not expecting it to happen overnight. On the upside, you'll see nobody recommends extensive hardcore weight training, and nobody is recommending steroids either. Personally, I'd suggest if you speak to anyone that even starts to recommend steroids I'd turn and run.
