As i said i dont want to go the surgery route as it is very expensive to go privately, i really couldnt afford it and i dont think i would get this treatment on the national health service.
I really just need to do plenty of stomach and chest exercises to firm everything up, but i need to be told which particular ones to do as i really dont have a clue where to begin.
There must be some sort of gym coach or person who knows their stuff on here.
