Hi All,

Been away for a bit, but I don't have much else to say as to how I got it on my car. The app was available right in the connected drive store accessed right from the car. It was found along side the other BMW services you can purchase such as the concierge service. I have the 2018 model, it looks like some of you are trying this with a 2017 model, which per Apple's site stating vehicle availability, you should not expect compatibility.

Maybe this helps as one more piece of compatibility/clarity, I've attached my invoice from BMW for the service with personal information redacted. Again, I have the convenience package, heated front seats and steering wheel, Navigation Business, and sport seats as all of my options. Beyond this I don't know how else I can be helpful if it's not appearing for you to download.
