I can tell you ay my bank if I do a in person withdrawn at the teller no matter the amount, they require me to use my ATM card and enter my Pin at the window and then they will process the withdraw. I never do withdraws except when I do cash purchases over $400 which is the ATM limit. I also have account set up to notify my of any transaction over $100.
