Running 225s all around will look pretty odd and "skimpy". Since the wheels are not staggered your rear wheels will probably be buried in the wheel well, which you should be able to fix with spacers.
Personally if i was in your situation i wouldn't get non-staggered wheels, they just won't look "right", and i would definitely not get 225s on the rear. With 225s on the rear the car won't feel as planted as with 255s, BUT you might get slightly better gas mileage.
In the end it is your choice, those are the correct tire sizes and from a purely functional point of view they should be ok for daily driving, but at least consider investing in spacers for the rear, or even better just go with a 255 tire
