Imo, if you have to reuse the rear bolts, it should be just a fixed torque. Something like 70Nm with some threadlocker. The front bolts are 110Nm, but have 30% more thread.
Typically I'm in agreement. Note that BMW's tightening specifications does permit one to renew the carrier bolts instead of replacing.

Also, 30 Nm is only ~22 ft-lbs, which is barely hand tight. It doesn't appear to be a stretch bolt situation like it would be for cylinder head bolts.

I always use blue threadlocker for added protection.
