You can't go wrong with using brand new caliper carrier bolts, but I did re-use my existing ones. Rear brakes are holding perfectly with no issues after 25k miles.
I think you shouldn't be doing 30Nm + 90° more than once (the first time only). Repeating the procedure would stretch the bolts and they could snap.

Imo, if you have to reuse the rear bolts, it should be just a fixed torque. Something like 70Nm with some threadlocker. The front bolts are 110Nm, but have 30% more thread.
