Who would agree to write such letter? I think English native person would be better at any case. And we need as many people as possible thus our problem could be really heared. We need to state all VIN numbers, odometer values and our contact details. Such kind of letter should be emailed to kundenbetreuung@bmw.de with all our emails in CC line.
