Traded the Original wheels away when i got this set of breyton hence cant try out.

Updates: brought my car to bmw service center and they suspect is a faulty absorber too. Booked appointment to send the car in for inspection next wk. Hope it gets rectify!
I went to another tyre shop to get a 2nd opinion and the staff suggest tt i change to 255 35 18 after i get the absorber problem solved so tt the gap will be even wider for both rear and hence confirm no more rubbing. True?
