I have it in mine, haven't felt a huge difference yet. I will admit I mostly drive in sport. I also haven't really pushed it yet either. my test drive was in a stock suspension, it was fun. I am really enjoying the car.
it checks most of the boxes for fun and practically. I like being a little higher than a sedan. I still have my 335X and when I drive it I feel like I am sitting on the ground
