Is it okay to cancel it if the driver has gone to the wrong location?
I needed a hospital pick up last year. Never had problems as it is a main hospital - ten uber trips from there to home without an issue. Driver was parked 2 minutes away no where near dropped pin. I called and driver blamed me for inputting wrong location.
I wish I had cancelled as it set the journey off on the wrong foot. I showed him the screenshot of the map. I didn't know whether it was him or the app so was hoping to find out but he was offended by this.
