Even BMW pulled the plug but the racing right of the Hinwil team is still a valid one for the FIA given if they can find a new buyer...just like Brawn GP of this year....Honda pulled the plug but the two racing seats in the 2009 season is still valid...so there are 20 cars instead of 18...
and FIA already announced three new teams for the 2010 season...
USF1,
Campos, and
Manor....2 cars each team....6 new cars....that adds up to 26 cars scheduled for 2010...
if no buyer is found for BMW Sauber, then will be 24 cars...then the qualify rules will be changed slightly like in 2008 after super aguri pulled out from F1....
