I cant seem to find my source, but I recall reading that if someone came down with a case of the coronavirus they wouldn't necessarily call off the race.

NASCAR has been running multiple events in the last couple of weeks or so with additional security measures. To my knowledge, no one has caught the virus yet. I know the series is run on a smaller scale than F1, but it does give us hope.
