Just be sure you know how this engine works. It's not like an LS3/LT1 where you just start up and go. Although you should warm up any big block engine, the BMW V10 has several "steps" to follow to unlock the full power. I think Doug did a good show on it with the M5. Besides the reliability issue, it just looks like it's more headache than worth it. You don't have 500hp on tap just driving around all the time.
