Our recommended square fitment the F30 is:
F&R: 18x8.5 et35/et38 - 235/40/18
F&R: 18x9 et42 - 245/40/18
This will typically be a direct fit and not require modification to your suspension/fenders (depending on ride height, and tire brand/compound). Feel free to give us a call with any questions you may have regarding track fitment for you F30. I'd be more than happy to assist
