I find that adjusting the mirrors far outward, so you can't see the sides of the car at all, gives a surprisingly good, wide view. I normally adjust a car this way but it's even better in this one. .

This, 100%. Been a complete non-issue for me even though I'm another person not understanding how I can own this car that can parallel-park itself but has no BSM capability.
