LOL I had a LG before my V710 and the LG fell to shit the outside piece of plastic where the clock/ display is was like a car window it would slide up and down the phone wouldnt ring and it was scuffed to shit, but I am pretty sure that was all my fault I have been trying to be carefull with this phone...
