Of course, didn't get my car from either. Had to go 2600+ miles away for that. Got full refunds from both, so in the end ok.

Yeah, I got in a few months before you, Bruce. It was the early, dark days. A complete circus at Seattle BMW. Some folks didn't even know a list existed. My SA knew about the list but didn't not know what they were charging. "I dunno, how's $1000 sound?" is what he said. "Sounds good to me, here's my check..."
