The US gets a wiper stalk with fixed positions. The rest of the world, to my knowledge, gets the stalk that you “tap” up and down, with the button on the end to turn on the Auto mode. My owner’s manual has separate instructions in several areas for US vs. Canada and the wiper operation is one of the differences.
