I can't disagree - one has to be responsive to customer inquires. This seems to have haunted him in the past.
I found him to be responsive; but your experience could very well be different. I do know his operation is small and he doesn't have a full time sales/marketing staff; so he has to individually respond to each query.
I sent him a screen shot of your post. Give him a day or two to respond. The product is good quality.
