Sales dudes are pretty much always gonna be douchey IMO. If you feel like you're getting screwed, get up and walk the f- out or get someone else to help you. I've done that at various dealerships over the years.
I got a loaner w/out any probs @Mckenna when I had my car serviced there a few months back. I actually called the same day and dropped it off 2 hrs later and they took me in w/out a problem. I've personally had bad service experiences with just about every BMW dealership in LA: SB BMW, LB BMW, BH, Nick Alexander, and SM -- yes, it happens.
