If you're at a point where you are happy....I wouldn't sweat it. You don't carry a lot of body fat anyway, and if you can enjoy your weekends and still look good....that's a win in my book.
I'm only OCD with what I do because while I have decent bodybuilding genetics, I also have other things to worry about such as what my dad is going through.
History of diabetes and heart disease is why I choose to be as strict as I am.
