Subluxed my shoulder the day after Christmas (ironically, also the day after I hit my cutting goal for the year. Down 35 pounds, 8% bodyfat).
I wasn't planning on getting an MRI, because I've been regaining ROM while the pain subsides... but then I read the ESPN story of basketball player Ja Morant suffering essentially the same thing, tearing his labrum, and now getting surgery.

Now I'm feeling down because I was hoping it wasn't a tear requiring surgery, but it very likely could be.
Anyone else experience the same injury? 26M
