This is a pic of my own car, yep. 2020 X2 M35i. It has (had!) 19" runflats, no spare, and the felt lining installed in the lower well, as can be seen.

The 17" BMW wheel mentioned earlier fits only on the rear axle. In the front, it does not clear the brakes. The centerbore is correct.

If I have a flat, and it's in front, I will remove the corresponding rear wheel, install the spare, and move the wheel to the front. Yes, it's extra work. No, I don't ever expect to have to do it.
