As far as I know, you can't. The speedometer is factory set and can't be altered. The proper way to up size wheel rim height is to get the proper
wheel size so the speedometer indicates the proper speed without any alterations. Therefore the proper height to width tire ratio.

Use the https://tiresize.com/calculator/ and input your current tire size. Then press calculate button and scroll over to the alternate tire sizes column. Then select the 19" or 20" tabs to see the highlighted link for next equivalent tire size. For example, oem 225/50/18 would give you 225/45/19 or 225/40/20 tires.
Remember the rim offset is important when choosing rim size as well
