I would like to mention couple things
1- this is the first time i see this post.
2- OP sent me an email last week and i told him he can return the items without the 20%
Not sure if he posted this thread before or after he spoke to me.
Either way, an update should have been posted by OP in my opinion
Update just went back to my email and i notice that he sent me an email at 6am my time, he opened the thread at 10am my time. I replied to him 4pm my time
