Did the place that did the oil change not look to see if there was actually an oil leak?
Just something to note if the oil filter cap doesn't fix it these things are notorious for the plastic housing cracking where it attaches to block. I believe the f48 and the x2 use the same oil filter housing. Just something else if the cap doesn't fix it cause one of your pictures looks like the oil is coming from up above.
