Update 5/3: I noticed that the upper section of the passenger side mirror was not perfectly flush with the base. The difference was only a couple of millimeters. I was able to push it in so that it's flush now and the sound disappeared.

Hi ,I am suffering from a similar issue, after a few cold days?I suddenly have this whistling noise coming from the passenger side as well. Starts around 70km\Hr. Impossible to locate where it is coming from..What do you mean with not perfectly flush with the base?All seals look fine and mirror seems to be fine as well on mine....
