Used to head to Montreal at least once a year to see friends and renew a with visa.. Love it there!

Yes the drop in filter is relatively easy... But could be a little bit frustrating still. First of all you need torx bits..which are "star" bits. It also may be slightly tough to pull open the box, it's wedged together pretty tight and you might have to take the MAF snorkel section out (simple flat head worm clamp) to get the whole thing off. Definitely not impossible, but wedged in there tighter than a lot of cars I'm used to. So all you need is that torx and a flat head screwdriver and a little patience. Still this should be 30 minutes tops with breaks to take your time etc. I certainly could rush to do it in 5 minutes now that I know exactly what I need and where to yank.
