I was really hoping I would like it, but I really don't. The rearview mirror serves as a constant reminder that this is really a Mini in a BMW costume. (Or maybe a Kia costume?)
I wish they had continued the X1/X2 based on the E84/E90 platform.
My next car will be another brand. My loyalty to BMW is ending with my '14 X1. I love the car, and the RWD-biased, hydraulic steering, sport seats. But unless they ditch the Mini underpinnings, I'm finished.
