I've given this some thought in the past and it's a valid point. Who doesn't want a manual regardless of the vehicle? The turbo S is borderline hypercar territory and as we know, hypercars don't have third pedals. With how quickly this thing spools up, folks would be constantly bouncing off the rev limiter thus hindering its performance potential. I've never driven a PDK equipped Porsche but it's been known to be connected to your brainwaves so not a bad second option. |
The pdk gearbox is phenomenal. I'm a diehard manual guy (my 718 is a 6spd) but the pdk really is that good.
