Neither one of those cries the LL-01 designation, at least not now.

You can buy the oil at the dealership but they buy it from castrol or Mobil honestly. Just get a full synthetic 0w30 I'm sure castrol has one, or use a brand that you have experience with, just make sure it's full synthetic. And don't listen to bmw when they say it's good for 15k miles. I change mine every 5k or about 6 months on my e82 and the only time I had a problem was when I briefly switched to castrol European 0w40 Or 0w30 in the beginning of winter, it felt like the oil was too thin and it seemed like at temp there was a bit of ticking and that went away when I changed the oil back to 5w30.

If you're worried just got to the dealer and buy their oil. Make sure you have your vin number ready because they might ask that to make sure they're selling you the right oil...
