Incorrect. I should know. I've been driving one for six months. Headlights swivel, expand and/or narrow the beam ONLY when in auto mode and in accordance with your speed, steering angle and yaw. It's all in the manual.

Only the halogen headlight models use fog lamp as cornering light. LED ones have their own dedicated LED bulb inside the headlight unit. Switches on in auto mode and only at speeds of 5~25mph with either turn indicator on or steering wheel turned by more than 10 degrees.
