The rightful death in this instance is going to lead to a payout to the Darwin Award Winner's family. His parents will probably file a wrongful death suit against the shop because they left the car outside. They will sue the jack company because the jack failed to hold up the car. And lastly they'll sue the car manufacturer because the cat shouldn't be made to be able to be removed so easily.
