Unfortunately not: I've got the emergency spare, and there is not enough room above it for the extra width of a real wheel (Which I'd have preferred). When you dump the RFTs I'd suggest you check on the noise of the ones you're planning to use as replacements. The standard Pirelli P7 non-RFTs mine came with are very noisy on some road surfaces (I'm currently using Michelin CrossClimates on 17" wheels, which are much quieter). In the EU tyres now have to be labelled with their drive-by noise, and there are plenty of reviews about.
