I think it's Webber that would be on the out....unless some brokering went on to secure Mercedes engines for RedBull and a swap to McLaren for Vettel....that's why I smile every morning logging onto the F1 sites to see what news has happened. After the Alonso announcement, there is going to be a lot of jockeying in the next couple of weeks. Heck, saw an article tonight where Peter Windsor may now be backing down from putting an American in an F1 seat next year.
