Just to make sure everything runs smoothly as it adapts to the new setup. I just use step on the gas pedal method with engine off, power on. This is just based on my experience with the chip and intake changes I had in the past. Seems like the computers learns slightly differently each time. Sometime the engine idles more roughly overtime, sometime doesn’t. Other factor like octane level seems to affect this too. I just reset it if I don’t like what the engine is doing.
