Hello,
Can anyone offer me some guidance on which coloured speaker wires to tap into?
So far I've got the red positive cable pulled from the battery to the trunk, signal wire from the fuse box to the trunk and ground wire figured out.

With premium sound the thick pair of coiled wires are:
Blue / Brown (-) sub under passenger seat
Blue / Red (+) sub under passenger seat
Black / Brown (-) sub under driver seat
Black / Red (+) sub under driver seat
There are about three gauges of speaker wires. The smallest coiled gauge is probably for the 4 small door tweeters (and I estimate a 5th on the dash), middle coiled gauge is probably for the 4 large speakers on the door and 1 large on dash, two pairs of thick coiled wires for the subwoofers under the seats, and two thick wires for power
