Just checked, and if you set units to km the speed display in the instrument cluster does read in km/h. The speed displayed when setting cruise control is still in mph, however.
My last car, a VW, had a permanent digital km/h display in the cluster, which was handy, but didn't have any km/h markings on the speedo dial. I always find the useful as a quick distance conversion from miles to km when driving
