The 'tramlining' you get with RFTs is annoying too. Not as bad on my X2 compared to my previous 335i (which had Potenza RFTs). I notice it when coming to a slowdown at lights on a road that has undulations in line with the road (not across)...the car pulls slightly one way or the other.

I think it's the stiff sidewall on RFTs that acts like a railway carriage wheel and wants to follow the grooves in the road.

I will replace my RFTs with go-flats when the time comes.
