Sorry. I thought the question was for me.
I would not say mine is a superior solution. It's more about my lazyness.
I just don't want to swap the wheels if I have a flat with the front wheel when it's like minus 10 Celsius outside.
I wish that I will not have to use it, but knowing the road conditions where I live, I want to be safe.
